Nominated by a colleague as one of America's most inspirational teachers, Jennifer's hard work and dedication helped earn a $10,000 grant for her school. NEW WORK: CONFLUENCE WATERSPORTS

We're excited to be working with Confluence Watersports - home to kayak and paddle brands like Dagger, Perception, Wilderness Systems, Mad River Canoe, Bomber Gear and more - on a number of inititives in 2012. As Nike gets ready to revolutionize NFL unifoms - see above - two recent articles remind us how their commitment to innovation pushes brands and marketers alike, across industries.
The first, from Fortune, is about Nike's top secret Digital Sport team, and how they are marrying product and consumer data from their community of 5M runners. The second, from Triple Pundit, details their partnership with waterless dying company DyeCoo, which uses recycled carbon dioxide instead of water to dye synthetic fabrics.
