Select manages scoop shop retail programs including merchandising, design and development of impactful apparel and custom branded retail products. Trust is placed in Select by brand headquarters to protect brand equity while driving business performance for each individual franchise scoop shop.
Over the years, Select has overseen all aspects of Ben & Jerry's hallmark Free Cone Day, starting with creative design work through a custom B2B franchise ordering platform. Select has supported Ben & Jerry's through redesign of the flagship location in Vermont designing internal selling resources and tool kits and acting as a highlight responsive partner at every opportunity to contribute in between.
As a 20+ year creative “go-to-market” partner, Select has helped Ben & Jerry’s bring to life iconic new flavor debuts, such as Marshmallow Moon and Tonight Dough, and drive awareness of campaigns and initiatives such as its innovative collaboration with Netflix. For the latter, Select designed and developed a one-of-a-kind “Netflix & Chilll’d” media and influencer kit to celebrate the launch of the brands’ partnership.
