Three weeks before McDonald’s was set to unveil its new corporate headquarters, they had a bold idea—instead of a conventional ribbon cutting, let’s do something befitting the brand’s remarkable new home.

Select developed the concept of a giant building wrap, to both conceal the new building ahead of its official unveiling and provide a dramatic and memorable moment of reveal. We managed the project from start to finish, from initial ideation to successful on-site activation.

That’s A Wrap

Following the event, we saw an opportunity to create a second life with the material from the sprawling building wrap. We designed and produced custom product, including the totes above, that would ensure the banner would not simply be a single-use application and could be turned into memorable souvenirs and gifts of the unveiling.
