To launch Dunkin’ Protein Milk with Megan Thee Stallion, Dunkin’ rolled out a connected merch strategy across digital and retail. Limited edition workout gear dropped online while 10,000 stores amplified the moment with cup giveaways. We produced the cup, the merch, and the ecommerce experience, helping carry the launch from social to store to checkout.

We produced and fulfilled 200K mittens to franchises nationwide, delivering seamless execution at scale.

The ’90s-activation extended a sitcom themed commercial starring Ben Affleck, Jennifer Aniston, and Tom Brady with vintage inspired merch, influencer gifting, and a Pop-Up Shop. Most items sold out in the first 30 minutes. Famously, the DunKings drop brought limited edition gear to fans online and in store, generating record-breaking orders in the first four hours. From concept and production to ecommerce and fulfillment, we manage the full program end-to-end.

The program started with creative concepting and moved through custom packaging design, production, and influencer seeding.
